I guarantee they don’t sound hideous, and though I doubt they wear khakis, they’re irrefutable proof that attire isn’t what makes a great insurance broker. But seriously, I’d rather wait til the office was open than go though the app or the call center. They’ve consistently worked to ensure maximum coverage for best value, patiently implemented the seemingly never ending changes to vehicles and associated coverages, joined forces to fight the empire whenever called upon, and tolerated my insufferable ADHD and late payments with grace and humor.
